Vermont Curry (MILD)

House Vermont Curry us a flavorful and rich curry with a touch of apple and honey.

Directions (12 Servings):

1 Box Vermont Curry Sauce Mix

1.1 LB (500g) Meat

4 Onions (1.8lb, 800g)

3 Potatos (1lb, 450g)

1 Carrot (7oz, 200g)

2 Tablespoons Oil

5 4/5 Cups (1400ml) Water; 5 1/5 cups (1250ml) if cooking in a covered pot.

1. Saute ingredients until the onions are lightly browned

   Medium Heat: Preheat oil in pot, add bite size pieces of meat and vegetables, and saute well.

2. Add water and simmer

   Low to medium heat: Simmer until ingredients soften (about 15 mins).

3. Add curry sauce mix

Remove from heat: Break apart curry sauce mix into pot and stir until dissolved.

4. Simmer until it thickens

   Low heat: Simmer once more, stirring occasionally (about 10 mins). Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
