Banh Pho Thuong Hang
Ingredients: Rice flour, Water
For Pad Thai: Soak rice sticks in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Drain well and then stir fry.
For Noodle Soup or Pho:
Soak rice sticks in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Drain well.
In a pot with boiling water, cook for 1-2 minutes until desired texture is achieved.
Drain well and add to soup.
Tip: If the soaked rice noodles are not going to be used immediately, cover with plastic wrap or continue to soak in cold water.
